Lucky for all of us, chefs are busy turning the Cambridge neighborhood designated as “Area 4” into a Mecca of good eating. Area Four audaciously takes the neighborhood’s name as its identity, and does the moniker proud.
A thick, nourishing soup of broccoli, kale and creamy cannellini beans that’s nutrient-loaded and quick to prepare. Top with fresh grated parmesan and serve with buttery toasted muffins.

On our annual trek to Calgary, Alberta to visit my husbands family, my husband and I made our way to Calgary's bustling Kensington market last week for a day of shopping. We happened upon a small coffee shop, The House Coffee Sanctuary, tucked away, among snowboard shops and consignment stores on Kensington's main drag.
